Program description
The Master’s program Leadership in Social and Pedagogical Sphere is designed to train highly qualified professionals capable of leading educational and social institutions in conditions of social transformation, digitalization, and uncertainty.
The program is focused on developing a systemic understanding of modern leadership models, managing educational and social-pedagogical processes. Attention is paid to the integration of pedagogical management, and social practices, as well as developing strategic thinking and teamwork skills.
