Neuromorphic Electronics of AI Systems
11.04.04 Electronics and Nanoelectronics
The Master's programme trains engineers at the intersection of microelectronics, neurotechnology and AI. Students develop next-generation AI hardware — memristive nanomaterials, ultra-fast ReRAM memory, electronic skin, biosensors and neuromorphic chips — within the Advanced Engineering School "Engineering of Cyberplatforms" at SFedU. The programme combines materials science, bioelectronics and robotics, with strong industry ties and a focus on entrepreneurship. Graduates master the "hardware + AI + practice" skill set.
