Fields of Science and Research Areas within which research is conducted at the Regional Scientific and Educational Mathematical Center of SFedU – problems of fundamental and applied mathematics, including applications to machine learning and AI.
Key Scientific Hypothesis
Harmonic analysis and applied harmonic analysis, problems of mathematical physics, fractional integro-differentiation, operators and spaces with canonical (reproducing) kernels, including applications in AI (RKHS).

    Initiator and organizer of the annual international conference OTHA (Contemporary Methods and Problems of Harmonic Analysis and Operator Theory and Their Applications, http://www.otha.sfedu.ru/), as well as a number of satellite workshops and conferences in Russia and other countries. Founder of Series A and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Mathematical Sciences (Springer Nature), member of the editorial boards of five international journals. Organizer and Director of the Regional Scientific and Educational Mathematical Center of SFedU (https://rmc.sfedu.ru/). Founder and Head of OTHA Network (https://othanetwork.com/http://msrn.sfedu.ru) - an international scientific community uniting researchers in the field of operator theory and harmonic analysis from different countries.
Author of more than 100 articles in international high-ranking journals. Monograph: "Methods of Mathematical Physics: Classical and Modern" (Springer Nature, 2022).
Recognized by the BookAuthority platform: 2025 — included in the list of "8 Mathematical Physics Books Everyone Should Read for Success"; 2024 — included in the list of "11 Best New Mathematical Physics Books to Read in 2024"; 2025 — included in the recommended literature list of the International Society for Nonlinear Mathematical Physics (ISNMP).
Visiting Professor at universities in Mexico, the USA, Portugal, and Germany. Taught in English and Spanish at various universities in Mexico and the USA, delivered authorial courses, and was invited as a lecturer to colloquia and seminars, as well as for thesis reviewing at universities in Mexico, the USA, the UAE, Germany, Spain, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Belarus, Armenia, and Georgia. Underwent advanced training in 13 different programs in the fields of science, education, and management in foreign and Russian organizations (5 foreign, 6 Russian, and 2 joint programs).

Postdoc
  • Role of the Postdoctoral Fellow
    The postdoctoral researcher will be involved in diverse scientific work, including preparation of publications, interaction with the international team of the Regional Scientific and Educational Mathematical Center, organization and participation in conferences, seminars, and other events in Russia and abroad.
  • Candidate Requirements
    • PhD degree;
    • Publications in high-ranking Scopus and Web of Science journals;
    • Ability to actively integrate into an international team and work dynamically on scientific and organizational projects.
  • Условия
    Salary: from 130,000 RUB per month and above depending on qualifications and assigned tasks.
